INTRODUCTION

Hong Kong is well-known for its breathtaking skyline, mouthwatering food, and lively nightlife. However, besides the traditional Chinese culture, travellers have noticed a shortage of other cultural experiences like museums and heritage sites.

To address this, the Hong Kong Tourism Board has been tirelessly working over the past few decades to enhance the city’s cultural offerings. They’ve been creating new museums, organising cultural festivals, and implementing revitalisation projects.

And now, with the completion of the brand new West Kowloon Cultural District, they reached out to us for a special task: to create a captivating series that showcases the art and culture of this incredible city.

CHALLENGE

While art and culture are priorities for many travellers, it’s often a challenge to create captivating content in this realm.

We required to go beyond simply highlighting the newest museums and instead showcase the rich diversity of the city’s cultural scene. Our goal was to create a series that would captivate and appeal to all kinds of art and culture enthusiasts.

SOLUTION: AN ART AND CULTURE JOURNEY

To ensure a diverse range of experiences, we launched the Art and Culture Series. This series showcased a variety of artistic adventures, like a photography tour at the heritage-listed Tai Kwun, a mural art tour in the charming seaside town of Sai Kung, and a glimpse into new art-inspired Cantonese dishes at one of the hip restaurants in Hong Kong’s vibrant SoHo district.

We designed the series as an interactive experience, giving viewers the power to curate their own personalised art and culture journey in Hong Kong. This way, our audience could dive into the cultural activities that intrigued them the most.

SOLUTION: PERSONAL AND EXTENSIVE

Just like our previous series, we took it up a notch to deliver a program that goes beyond the surface. We crafted compelling, high-quality content that dives deep into each experience, bringing viewers closer and allowing them to truly appreciate the richness of every cultural encounter.

We also spiced things up by inviting a different guest host for each segment. This added a dynamic twist, as a diverse range of experts joined our main presenter to share their unique insights and provide fresh experiences. The result? Videos that are not only educational but also entertaining.
